Sat Nav Screen is blank

Got in mr car tonight, my sat nav screen was just blank, flipped to the menu and that seemed OK, just the sat nav side of it, will have to investigate further tomorrow, has anyone had this before?
 
Its never simply happened to me, though it did once or twice when I updated to V31 firmware... Luckily, 15 mins with the battery disconnected allowed it to start back up and I re-flashed V29 software on to it and I've had no trouble since.
