Sat Nav Iphone Stereo Compatability

Hi
I have the E85 Roadster 3.0 Si 2006, I want to get a satnav for a european road trip this summer :- Venice and back via Nuremburg :evil: and a visit to the Bmw Factory in Munich ( not thats really relavent) .
I also have an Iphone 4.
Can anyone recommmend a sat nav that would enable linking this all in with the cars stereo and give me hands fee calling and music playing through the Iphone ?

Look through the app store to find one for UK that includes Europe rather than a purchase add on and put it on the iPhone
or go to Halfords and see which one suits if you want a stand alone Sat Nav rather than use the iPhone
As for integration assuming you do not have OEM bluetooth probably something like a Parrott or Intravee
 
With my Android phone, if I use the Aux-In lead to the car it will play through my speakers (along with any music on the phone if you want) in stereo etc, & if a call comes in it still uses the phone mic but you hear the caller through the speakers.. Iphone might be the same, not the most integrated but if you have the aux in it's a very cheap way that works :thumbsup:

An alternative is a Bluetooth A2DP receiver plugged into the Aux will receive the music and I guess the phone (I have OEM B/T so not tried it ).
and play through the Sound system.
I also use a Sat Nav App on the iPhone as well and the sat nav voice cuts out the music when required
