Sat Nav / Audio problems

Hello Z4 Forum

I have a JDM 2003 BMW Z4. It has the 10 speaker system with DSP, Mini Disk head unit, 6 CD changer, Sat Nav Screen (Japanese Maps).

Unfortunately since getting the car, the screen stopped working. It opens and lights but looks like an untuned TV. Also the CD Changer will not eject and I cannot play CDs.

The minidisk head unit has no screen, so I am now unable to see what I am doing, but the CD doesn't work. The FM radio still does. I don't have a minidisc to test that with

What are my options here? I'd like to repair the factory systems if possible. Can I get another navigation unit, CD Changer and head unit? Does this require coding and do I have to get an identical head unit? The minidisc unit is extremely rare.

Alternatively is there an aftermarket screen which can fit in the factory flipup screen holder?

Options are
601 TV Function
609 Navigation Professional
651 MD Player
672 6 CD Changer
677 HiFi system professional

I would take head unit out and check connections on back, also check screen is plugged in which is a white plug in dash behind head unit but not on head unit.

Thanks Mac, unfortunately that didn't work. Also I now have 1 stuck screw in the middle at the back of the screen :(

Any other ideas

Should I buy a used navigation unit? Like this https://www.ebay.com/itm/2004-BMW-Z4-E85-Navigation-GPS-System-CD-Disc-Player-6942908/154244512096?hash=item23e9b07960:g:fdAAAOSwuqNf17Cn

Mine has a compact flash slot as well as a dvd which I can't see any others with.
