My friend is organising a German Car meet in Peterborough on Sat 11th May 2013 at the Greyhound stadium.
It will have food, a professional photographer and DJ AfroZack present with some great tunes (http://afrozack.com/).

We are also running a Show and Shine competition. Entry £1. Categories are pre-2000 and post-2000 with Winner and Runner Up Trophies for each category. There will also be a trophy for Best In Show.

It originally started as a VW/Audi meet, but the aim is to get all German car brands together. I will be bringing my Z4, it would be good to see a good Forum representation - complete with stickers of course!

Can't believe no one else is interested in this one!

My car is now clean after a 4hr machine polish, wheels off, and engine bay clean.

Fingers crossed for good weather.

Looking forward to hearing the DJ.
 
If i didnt have plans i would have come along. Unfortunately lots to do in the garden and with family. After having the hole bank holiday with the car i can complain!!

Hope others jump on board and have fun :thumbsup:
 
You guys missed out on some nice cars at the show. See Peterborough Dubs Corps on Facebook. My personal favourites were a silver new shape Audi on Porsche rims, a mint white VW Caddy, an old school beetle slammee to the ground with approx. 10mm clearance - this was not on air!! There was also a 62 plate performance edition BMW m5 in frozen white!

DJ afrozack was really cool, starting off with mellow chilled out tunes, then increasing the tempo throughout the day. He really got the party started. We manage to avoid all the rain except 1 small shower during and 1 heavy one after.
