Samsung S4 Mini or HTC One Mini

Am considering either of the above phones to replace my Nokia Lumia 800. Any owners of either care to share opinion? Also, do they work with the E85's Bluetooth?

I have an S4 mini, as the S4 fathers an iPad in its size!

The phone itself IMO is slower to respond and process inputs, eg opening the camera app, typing quickly in an SMS etc, than my old S2 it replaced, but its not horrifically slow so dont let that put you off. I've had it about 3 months and so far (touches wooden side table) it hasnt done anything wrong or locked up etc

Cant really comment on the HTC but my friend had a full size HTC One for 12 months and he has replaced his with a Blackberry rather than another HTC, he didnt seem keen on sticking with the brand but didn't gave a proper reason why.

It paired up first time no probs at all with my e86 3.0si coupe bluetooth

Thanks for your response, think I am favouring the Samsung at the moment. Any other owners out there?

Any HTC One Mini owners confirm that the phone works fine with the E85 bluetooth? Have learned that you can turn off the polarising Blinkfeed which is making my decision a bit harder.

The HTC One is a much nicer phone than the S4, but I've never had a play with their mini variants.

I prefer the user interface on the HTC to the Samsung. It looks and feels much slicker.

I have a samsung tablet and do like that over an iPad, but as far as phones go, HTC is the winner here.

Girlfriend has the S4 mini and I have the HTC one mini. We both agree the HTC is better.
Seems to be the general consensus at the moment. I had a play around with one in store at the weekend and does look quite smart, certainly more grown up than the Samsung perhaps.

The sales advisors were useless when asked questions though, they only had the full size 'One' there so had a play with that and I couldn't disable Blinkfeed, I assume due to an older version of Sense, and they barely knew what Blinkfeed was, let alone how to edit or turn it off.

Can anyone confirm that the HTC One Mini (or full size version) works fine with their E85 bluetooth?

I've had both, first the S4 and then the One. Would never take the Samsung over the HTC ! Ofc they're both good but the HTC feels so much smoother, classier...

Plus I had a bad experience with Samsungs Customer Service. I had the S4 in my pocket during a storm, it got a little wet and stopped working properly afterwards. At first the Customer service refused to replace it under warranty. I had to fight and say that it never fell in the water to finally have them replace it under warranty.

So definitely HTC imo :D
