Sams Z4M - Take 2

Really like the last pic. Shows the shape and duck tail rear off properly!
You must be very pleased with your purchase.

I don't park in in the narrow street, the missus gets that spot (for ease with the dog), it was just there for cleaning. Look at my first photos for it's usual location.

Loving it indeed. It's my daily, I enjoy pootling along in it as much as giving it some. Going for a quick overtake makes me smile.

Going to check drain holes soon, and get a stubby on order.

I don't listen to the radio, I've not tested it. I got the link from this site and people said FM is ok, AM not so much, but even the OEM is poor for AM.

Congratulations Sam - I bought my Zed from BMW for reassurance and have never regretted it.

Let us all know how you get on

:driving:

Thanks. Still putting a smile on my face, although I imagine that'll be the case for some time!

Seems to be making the commute a little quicker also! Car's seem to be passed with ease.

Oh, I also adjusted the audio settings to the DSP setup on here and sounds good. Who ever had it before basically had randomly done it.

Booked in for some work. The alarm goes off when ever I lock the car, have to unlock and relock a few times before it stops.

Seems like my off side front disc is warped or something else is wrong, a noise every so often can be heard.

Annoyingly, it's booked in for a months time!

If it's a rumbling noise when braking hard that's normal just incase you weren't aware

No, the noise is when driving along and not braking.

I know that the pad can rub a little, but this isn't constant, it's like 1/8 of the disk is making contact on each revolution.

Sucks that its not yet sorted Sam, but no doubt you are in good hands and if your lucky will get some new discs, pads and possibly even calipers out of it.

Was at a wedding IN Ambleside this weekend, and went for a drive before the ceremony. Went up to Kirkstone then down the struggle.

Bit of TLC for the Z today. Clay and polish (+ sealer). Managed to get the exhausts a bit shinier too. Almost as shiny as Marc's, but not quite!
