My GF's a bit of a language geek, and apparently bread is the thing with the most differences between dialects!
Take buns for example, where I grew up, they can be buns, or baps. Here in the NW of England, they're "Barm Cakes"!
Of course, Baps can also mean Boobies just about everywhere too
