Sadly, Rolled my Alpina...

I feel happier than before I saw the post, after finding out its a mileage milestone, rather than someone losing a car!

Lowered my spirits, then lifted them more than they were lowered!

80,000 big milestone - good that its being driven, mine is about to roll 40,000 - and yes I agree with the others I was expecting to see a crumpled Alpina

This post seems to have re-surfaced. I created it about 2 weeks ago and after a short life, it disappeared into Oblivion until today !

The cars absolutely fine. I didnt realise the heading would attract quite so much attention, but thanks for all your concerns and expressions of relief !

Has anyone ever turned a Zed over then? Anything whilst the Forum's been up and running? :(
A mechanic I know bought one and his brother rolled it for him during a short test drive, but I think that was a few years back. I think he said it was Pheonix yellow.

I was wondering how the Zed (and passengers ) held up in a situation such as this? :(

Jonny - Your's is the only car I know that could have square wheels and it still wouldn't affect the performance one bit !

Plowy managed to put his into a ditch upside down. Most picutres seem to have gone, but this one is still working.

Mmmmm i agree the 2L is too slow hence me throwing on a Turbo, she'll have BHP somewhere between a pre facelift and facelift 231 - 261 bhp, so the 2L jokes wont wash with me now.

...but the 3.0L cars (or equivalent) are just soooo slowwwwww... :P
