Sad sight on the A915

This morning i was travelling from Leven to St Andrews on the A915 and got held at some traffic lights and in the field to my right was a very sad sight a Z4 looking a bit worse for wear

So only managed to grab a quick snap,it was an si as it has the sport seats.

I mentioned the car to the guy i was going to see and he said it had been there for about a month and the two occupants had been airlifted to hospital but he hadn't heard what the out come was,hope all were ok as it does look badly smashed up

didn't you see "Police aware" sticker on the side? also, they are the wrong colour for your car.

I must admit i did check out the sill cover to the left in the pic just in case it was an aero one

Probably caused by the aerial being caught in cross winds, should have got a stubby.

On a serious note, such a shame to see a beautiful car go that way :-/

But seriously hope they are ok... Looks pretty brutal to rip the roof off like that.

Can't believe it' been there a month - driven that road though, and whilst it can be good fun you need to know it. Nasty roll-type smash ? Looks like it's been selectively stripped already unless the indicator and headlights flew out in the crash...
