I pressed the sr button when the service scedule was on and it came up test and started counting down- i turned engine off as i was worried what it might do? What was this for?

Do you remember on "Star Trek: The Next Generation" occasionally they would have to "dump the core" because it was going "critical"?

There is a diagnostic routine that can be run in that manner. Don't remember what each test consists of, but you did not do any harm to the system :wink:
