Rusty metal panel at front of bonnet

Our poor Coupé sits out in all weathers, here in the West of Scotland, and its taken its toll on this part at the front of the bonnet.

Is it easily replaceable? It doesn't appear to be part of the actual bodywork.

Remove it and give it a rub down and a couple of coats of satin black it'll be good as new.

It's just a thin metal strip and held on with just those screws.

So yes, easily replaceable. But as others have said a rub down and couple of coats of smoothrite will sort it out and be more satisfying.
