Runflat warning light then speaker problem

Hi all, hoping for some help diagnosing a problem with my E85 :)

I'm using non-runflats so the red tyre warning light often comes on. This is fine because it's easy to turn it off. However, today it came on and then I immediately lost sound on all but one of the 10 speakers. I tried switching off the runflat light, changing the balance, switching the stereo on and off, but no luck.

I went over a bump and the sound came back on all speakers for a second or two, but then reverted to only playing from one speaker. It's very strange. Anyone know what's going on?

Got home and tried turning the engine on and off but this didn't solve it either.

First check if your amp (under the boot next to the battery) is sat in water, then check the battery connections.

I fear your amp has had a bath :headbang:

Thanks for the reply. I've just tried it and all of the speakers are working again! I guess it could just be a loose connection and hopefully nothing serious.

Out of interest, where is the amp? I can just see some metal plates in the boot. Definitely no water though.
