totally rebuilt a 2004 Z4. had a blast! it came with run flats but never understood to road/steering response I was getting. when the tires needed replacing yesterday, i saved $ and bought cheapos in comparison. Look up route 218 in NY. My car did the run far in excess than it was doing with the run flats. I really don't car about any lectures of how I will be stranded in the country side cause I use to run a pan head so we always had a pick up running behind to pick up the parts. HAAAA. but it was very cool! run flats or friends to come get you, I'm going with the friends, plus they bring beers when you break down. Enjoy t summer folks without a mask.
