Run Flat Tyres

Hello!

Some of you may know i'm having a little difficulty with Williams Liverpool since purchasing my car in January. I have a complaint lodged however their current stance on my tyres is that they will not replace them.

I have a Z4MC, the tyres fitted should be non-run flat and rated z or higher. The tyres fitted, all with good amount of tread, are:

Fronts;
pirelli cinturato 225/45/R18 91v


Backs missmatched pair;
pass: Pirelli Cinturato 255/40/r18 95v,
Drivers: Goodyear Efficientgrip 255/40/R18 95V

O/s/f & n/s/r have 6mm tread depth, n/s/f has 7mm & o/s/r has 5mm.

My thoughts are, buy some tyres myself and sell these to recoup some of the cost.

Would anyone be interested if this is the route I eventually go down?

Be warned peeps!

Response from BMW in relation to being sold a car with the incorrect tyres:

"Mr Carr has confirmed that all issues except your concerns regarding the tyres on your vehicle have now been addressed. Mr Carr will respond to your email directly. I can advise that under the AUC guidelines set by BMW, if the vehicle is bought in to the dealership with non-Approved Tyres, they may remain on the vehicle as long as the condition and tread is legal. Mr Carr has confirmed that this was the case and therefore, would not look to change the tyres free of charge."
