Run Flat Code?

As I brought my Z 2nd hand and have not yet changed the tyres but the tyres are not standard...how do i know if the previous owner put on runflats or normal tyres? Is there a code on the sidewall to indicate that a tyre is a run flat?

Am fairly sure my runflats do say it on the side wall.

What brand and model are they, that could easily give the game away, but they should be marked if they are run flats.

They should have a marking of some sort. RSC or RFT etc

My tyres state 'Run flat' and 'RFT' in several positions on the side wall
There is also small font warnings stating 'do not re-inflate run flats after a puncture'
I would expect most RFT tyres would have similar coding/warnings
