Rumbling/drumming underneath car.

Hello all,
Went for a wee spin this afternoon, stopped for coffee and on proceeding half an hour later i noticed a drumming sound from under the car. At first i thought something stuck in/on the tyre but its all clean and nothing visibly wrong with tyres, visible suspension.
Noise is present quietly all the time but when taking my foot off the throttle, especially around 40-50mph the drumming noise is very loud and getting worse.
Car is a 35i, mapped stage 1 with MHD, DCT box (works perfectly) only 48k on the clock.
I am ;leaning towards the prop shaft centre mount or the old rubber universal joint.
Any thoughts, tips - (including doung the job on my back) would be much appreciated.
I can email a sound file to anyone interested to listen to it.

Thanks in advance guys

Regards

Well I had the car to my local Indy, we were all prepared to fit new prop centre bearing to sort this but it turns out that my rear left wheel was loose.
ANd not just a BIT loose....

See the video here....

I had the car fully ceramic coated, wheel removed... The valeter i think got distracted and just forgot to nip that wheel up.
My first thought was sabotage as I rent property and have a few 'enemies 'around the place as you might imagine.
But the locking wheel nut was also loose so had to be someone with access to that, last guy was the valeter.

Yowk!! You're lucky it never flew off whilst driving.

Chap at work had Ford Sierra with boot type car, rear wheel came off with axle whilst doing 70 down the M6!
Apparently they were well known for doing this.
