Hi, has anyone ever come across a rubber type number plate on a car when they were on holidays. The reg itself might be plastic but the actually numbers and letters stick out and seem to be made of rubber... can someone confirm that they also have seen this... or was i dreaming :-)

From what i can remember, the plate was yellow with black runner letters / number but i can't remember what country i was in :?

Are you sure it wasn't a metal pressed plate? These would have the numbers sticking out further than plate itself.

I have a 3D plate, standard fonts etc from eBay. Numbers are raised, but not rubber...

I think it may have been Italy... i know this reg is metal but i defo seen a lot of them that were rubber and they looked really well

I have exactly the same - the gel resin feels rubbery, raised on the normal plate.
