RTABs and Limiters

Ah misunderstood, I have oem rtab with rouge limiters. Perfect combo.

I've posted of my experiences in previous threads in which people have recommend him. I found him to be a piss taker who would readily mislead to secure business. I'm pleased that other people are starting to agree with me.

Back on track, I have the Turner RTABs limiters and have found that they remove the vagary of the rear end and give far more feedback.

Edit: in the interests of being less emotive, I can only comment on my own multiple experiences with CA and I acknowledge that a recent successful group buy was organised through his company. I won't ever use him again though as I prefer upfront companies without surprise "hidden" costs who deliver items they allegedly have in stock efficiently rather than finally revealing after many weeks that "in stock" means "still in the USA".

I hope plenty of people see this and steer clear of Roy, the pricing is nothing short of ridiculous, absolute piss take.

On the actual thread subject, the favoured setup appears to be OEM RTABs with limiters (Rogue or Turner). However, those who are running polybushes don't seem to be having any noise issues. Nonetheless, I think I'll be going for a set of limiters. The Rogue limiters are that bit cheaper, I'm assuming this is down to materials and engineering costs.

Looks like I'll just stump up the cash to Turner and get them direct from the U.S.
 
Quick question, the link below looks to me to be the Rear Trailing Arm Bushes. Euro Car Parts are calling them "Rear subframe bushes", but they look like the RTABs to me. Am I right and are these the things I need?

You might not need new RTABs just the limiters. I didn't replace mine as they were in good condition.
 
That's a valid point actually! I hadn't really considered that. Think I'll pick up a pair anyway and if need be I can keep them on ice. The ones I linked from Euro Car Parts, they are the correct rtabs, right?
 
Hahaha, fair enough!! Thankfully, after purchasing them, it turned out I was right and they were the right ones. Just threw me a little when they called them subframe bushes.

They are out of stock at the moment, but I found the same ones(probably the same company) on EBay $57 including shipping :thumbsup:

Is there any reason you can't use big metal washers?
The lateral movement in the bush would remain, just better checked.
