Hi, is there a rss feed for the forum where by you can select to see the feed from a specific area such as the General Discussion areas...

Yep, there should be a link to subscribe in the address bar of your browser if it is a recent one.

Hi, thanks for your reply... can you elaborate on what you mean... i am using the latest version of Firefox, however i want to embed the feed as a gadget on iGoogle

See the button I clicked on the right? It lists all the possible feeds to subscribe to. Click on one and from then on it should be fairly self-explanatory
