Royal wheels - no response?

Thinking of using Royal wheels to retrim my standard wheel to an M/Sports wheel (non - multi function).
Looking on past threads looks quite straightforward to remove wheel. Thoughts from those who have used Royal wheels on trim type would be appreciated and also how long it takes if posting wheel. Cheers.

I think if you pay up front they will send you a wheel before you send yours to them if they have one. Everyone I have ever seen having had one done has been impressed with them.

Royals are awesome. I can sell you a spare wheel which you can send to Royals to be retrimed and then just swap your Trim bits when you get the trimmed wheel back. That's what I did (and why I have a spare wheel!!)

Thanks, but I have a second car so I could wait to get my wheel back. What trim did you go for - have you got pics?

Wow - looks marvellous! I will probably go for the same but with red stitching. Will your spare wheel fit my 2008 (post facelift) Zed? - if so what would you want for it (you can pm me the price if you prefer)? Cheers.

Love mine, it's completely changed the look of the interior and the feel of the thing to drive. Took a few days to get useto how chunky It was with the extra padding

I like yourself have been looking to get my wheel re trimmed by them. It was when I was working on a customers M3 that had been done, it was very impressive. So I pre ordered mine on Monday and when I receive it I just send original one back. They take a £50 deposit which is refunded on them receiving yours back. I'll post pics when it arrives.

Ah right, so they sent you a spare secured by a £50 deposit - bet you can't wait!
No they have spare wheels that you exchange so you keep your own till you receive the re trimmed one. Then send back your original one.

Ah - gotcha! Was being a bit dim. That makes more sense, thanks for the clarification :)

Filled in the online order form on Wednesday - had no response, emailed them again Thursday no response. Rang them today - straight to answer machine with message that there is no one available and to ring back? Have they gone bust?

PM'd you Jack's contact details Marlon, he's usually pretty good for contact but IIRC is a one-man band
