Sorry for starting yet another thread about all this, but as a new owner (less than 1 month) I haven't really got round to reading all the various threads.
Mine failed on Friday afternoon. Dropped fine when I left work, and went back up when I got to the gym. When I came back out though it refused to go back down. I wasn't too worried at this point as I figured I might have disturbed something in the boot when I was getting my bag out. Next day I took everything out of the boot and reset the knobs. Roof then decided to start working again, but maybe foolishly I took my finger off the button before it had full retracted. Then it refused to move again. It had just started raining so I pulled the cable and shut it again manually.
Today it's not working again (apart from the latches). Plugged in the code reader which gave me code 13 - Control Roof Button Short Circuit Closing. Also looked at the drain holes from the top. Offside is clear as a bell, but the nearside one with the motor seems to be full of water from what I can see. I've just ordered a trolley jack so I can get underneath and clean it out. Hoping the error code 13 is something else apart from the motor!
Any help gratefully accepted.
