Roof Tapping Metal noise?

Hello once again, I have been experiencing a roof noise on the passenger side behind the head on the seat I believe in the panel that has the rear glass. I tried the tape and foam on the central pin on the glass panel and it doesn’t work. Video with noise below. Any ideas because I am getting too frustrated.

Have you checked the sun visors…they rattle and the sound appears to be coming from the rear…holding it is enough to check that..

Unusual to have actual loose stuff in the roof..
 
I had this (I think) in one of my e89s - if its the same thing, there is an easy test & fix.

If you drop the small passenger side window by 1/2" does the metallic sound go away?

Mine did.

The fix was liberal application of silcone grease on every seal around the rear quarter window - went completely away.
 
I spray all the seals around window at least every few months.
If it starts to rattle due possibly drying out i drop all windows as suggested half an inch.
The black strip on the small rear window butts up against a bolt head in the gap of the roof seal..
Often thought, but not done if a very thin piece of rubber on that might cure a rattle.
Recently it rattled, went away after spraying.
