Roof switch panel removal .

Can anyone please tell how to remove the panel containing the roof switches as I need to tidy them up with new graphics , dont want to crack it!

I saw this mentioned before, check out Dave's Android iDrive Touchscreen video from around 3:35 to 7:00 where he removes the trim that houses the switches.
