Roof stuck, red flashing light

Roof stuck after Windows go down and latches unlock, with a red flashing light on the switch. The parcel shelf is lowered and the red cable is all the way in. I haven't had a look at the micro switch?
 
If there's any roof action whatsoever, including windows dropping ur latching/unlatching, it's not the microswitch.

If you release the fabric strip in the back of the parcel shelf/ roof storage , you can get assess to the motor casing down the back of the drain pan on the left hand side. Try banging the motor casing with a bar or hammer and the motor may spring back to life, but if this does happen it's a sure indication that the motor case has water in it and will need attention .

Water ingress into the casing causes the motor to sit in a dampened environment and it's only a matter of time before the contacts for the motor/ bushes corrode up and the motor stops working .
 
The drain plugs was removed, driver side was blocked with mud but passenger side was clear, I will use some metal wire tomorrow, is it safe to insert a metal wire from the drain hole on passenger side?
 
Yes its safe , but ..... Clearing a blocked drain is just that , clearing it , the water is already in the motor casing . The roof motor is inside a plastic container/casing which is split half way up,this casing sits down in the drain pan just on top of the drain hole . The casing sitting on top of this drain hole helps cause the blockage, if the drain blocks up with leafs and other debri over time then flooding of the motor casing will occur .When the drain gets blocked the water level in the drain gradually rises until it is higher than the motor casing joint , where it then floods the casing . Once it's in, it can't come out and causes the motor failure . You'll need to do more than just clear the drain as this won't release any water in the motor casing .
 
Is it difficult to relocate it to the boot, me and my dad would be able to remove the roof, and get to the motor and dip it in diesel with it being hooked to a power pack, just need to do a bit more research on relocating to boot
