Beern trying to search with regards to changing the salmon connectors for the roof, i appreciate that these can cause issues but what sort of issues? my motor appears to have packed in but it is not as rusty as i would expect for it to fail asnd now wonder if it is just related to the relays stopping in and the actuators in the pump from working (bit of a long shot )

Hi, they’re not salmon connectors but salmon relays.
They can cause lots of different roof issues, the most serious is a pump that won’t shut off which then melts/bursts into flames.
Have you got the luggage separator correctly in place?
