Roof Repair - Peterborough

Thanks Tich. I'll check them out.

@metal licker - my folks are in there mid seventies and I'm two hundred miles from them south. Just wondered if anyone is nearer, hence the additional post and shout out.

I can't do it myself, self admitted useless mechanically.

Knaresborough is prob best shout but still 1.5 hours away, Durham is 2. 5 hours away and Hants would be maybe 7-8 hours and an overnight.
No offence was intended just a grumpy old man who was full of gin
Good luck getting the roof sorted

@road warrior - and being on other forums, not car forums, I love it when arrogant senior members make nasty comments for no real reason.

Why do people feel the need to do it?

Newbie asking for help but given options miles from home, so asks again if anyone is closer and gets slagged off by a senior member.

Really appreciated - thanks for your help RW :-(
i am neither nasty nor arrogant, but its annoying when folk take the trouble to reply and offer information or help and its seemingly ignored, i personally got in touch with an aircon freind of mine to help a noob a couple of weeks ago, the advice and help was ignored and of course has never been seen since, so forgive my jaundiced attiude as i see folk appear and promptly disappear afterwards. we like to help we really do, but sometimes.. and right now its the silly season as everybody buys a zed for the summer.. and asks for help.
there are 5 people in the uk that will do a roof relocate and repair at a reasonable price that members here use. use anybody else aside from not knowing what they are doing will rape your wallet, a group member will do it for around 150 i think (dont quote me on that) it will take about an hour ish. i believe you have been given the 2 closest to you - the rest is up to you, im sure nobody " fancies "having a go for you. its a service from skilled members to us mere mortals. 8)
