Roof opening

So I have a 2010 with comfort access, when I press and hold the open button on the remote the windows go down, but the roof will not retract, this worked last week.I have been using Carly and I have coded the car to open and close the wing mirrors but for some reason the roof opening function has gone via the remote, the roof will close via the remote just not open, I also tested that it worked when I coded the mirrors

I have went back through the Carly options and I have not disabled anything, the roof will only open when the engine is running, any advice would be appreciated thanks

You can close it on the remote?
I have done mine via carly to open on the remote but no option to close with remote was present!
