Roof Oil Quiery

Does the level have to be correct when roof is shut ?
and what does anyone use.... I purchased some central hydraulic oil

(Carlube) it says certain type of convertible roofs ? it does have some BMW spec numbers on rear ?

Hi, people have used Halfords hydraulic jack oil with no issues :thumbsup:

well I only got it in case it was low.....
my roof now opens with a decent push... (doesn't fully close) about 10mm short of the clip
but closes all the way (obviously helped by natural movement once its over half way) ?


I though oil level might be low ?
