Just a quick question before I upload a video...

My roof motor has been relocated to the boot (before I got it, but looks a very tidy job) and works fine however it does make a noise when putting it up or down.

Are they generally quite noisy?

Will upload a video asap!

Thanks Mike

Depends on the noise it's making but you'll hear it more than when it's in the well of death , it's would have been in a enclosure with some sound proofing

I,ve taken the cover off and it is covered with sound proofing, hopefully just been paranoid!

Also not sure why but the windows don't go all the way back up after they have dropped for the roof action

You need to keep your finger on the roof up/down switch for a few seconds longer after the roof has finished its cycle

Window reset procedure should sort that for you....

Roof must be up with windows closed.
Ignition to position 1

1) Hold down button till window is fully down
Keep button held down for 3 seconds

2) Hold up button until window is fully closed
Keep up button pressed for 3 seconds

3) Press down button to open window a few inches
Press up to close window and hold for 3 seconds.

Check one touch operation works. If not, repeat above procedure.

I think the doors have to be closed as well? :?

Electro/hydraulic, electric motor pumps the fluid through the system
