Roof Motor relocation

Hi all,

Just joined the forum, having acquired an 07 plate 2.5. Was intending to relocate the motor as i hear that it's only a matter of time before it fails. Is there anyone experienced at this in the Bristol/Somerset area that can give me a hand or talk me through it? I find it's always easier to chat about it than to follow a series of pictures!!
