Hi,all
My roof motor as died which will be sorted next year.
However it releases with the button ,but the hydrolic release, red pull thingy in boot, does not seem to be cutting off hydrolics.
So I cannot drop the top manually as there is still pressure against me when trying to push roof down,
Am I doing something wrong,I lock the red pully thingy in place by pulling and twisting half a turn

Any ideas would be gratefully received, need to drop the top even manually for the crisp sunny winter hoons :driving:

Mine was the same. Sometimes the motor is so corroded that the release is seized too. Best to keep it up than keep forcing it up and down.

If you fine someone with a working roof, have a go with there's and you'll be able to tell the difference.
