Hi all,
Apologies in advance for this question, I’ve read/searched through various threads and posts, but, can’t seem to find any pictures of the hydraulic pump disassembly detailing the pump side rotor parts Individual components. (2005 E85)
Namely the machined rotor containing 3 x individual pin pistons and possibly a ‘C’ shaped washer/spacer that may sit above the rotor
I relocated my motor/pump this week and when I split the pump and motor apart, to investigate ‘no pressure’ it kind of ‘disassembled’ itself into a tobacco tin I had beneath it, along with several other unrelated components.
The bottom motor part of the assembly is fine and the drive rotor of that is properly attached.
But, in the pump top section, is there a ‘C’ shaped washer/spacer that goes on the central shaft before you fit the rotor with the Integral three small pistons ?
I know it sounds a bit convoluted, but those who have done this job may be familiar with the individual component parts and have further pictures , or just simply, confirm that there should be that C shaped washer/spacer installed first on the pump side central shaft.
Many thanks for any advice/pictures offered
