Roof motor hydraulic bolts torque?

I recently replaced the roof motor on my Z after the usual rust situation. I noticed after replacing it that the action was FAR louder than before, but I ignored it as it worked well. Fast forward a couple of months and it's starting to struggle and sounds like its choking somewhat. I have a feeling that the hydraulic bolts weren't tightened correctly at the time of installing(I just tightened them up blindly :/) and I think this might have caused a leak. I also didn't replace the copper washers! Does anyone know the required torque for these bolts and the size of the washers required?

Not much torque at all, actually:
4AZ Lines to hydraulic unit E85 12Nm

The TIS also advises that both the banjo bolt and copper seals should be replaced. Before getting excited about any of that I'd check to see if it is actually leaking first...

Thanks for the reply, appreciated.

I'm hoping that's the case, I sealed the housing pretty convincingly the last time and it's only been a few months since I replaced the motor- SURELY too soon for it to rust up again:o?

If not though, anyone have any other ideas? Sounds like the motor is gurgling a little at the end of the roof retraction, and it seems to take longer each time? The drains are clear and no hydraulic fluid seems to be leaking out, though if it were a loose seal on the bolt, I'd expect it to be collecting in the housing anyways.

Guess either way the roof's coming out again!

Also, cheekily, does anyone know the part number for the replacement bolts/ washers OR are we forced down the route of the official hydraulic repair kit?

Interested to know how you get on. Mine has the same sort of symptoms (motor very loud when latching the roof 'hooks' into the windshield), and a bit of 'run on' noise after the hooks are secure. I've been told on forums that a noisy motor after replacement is normal, but it does sound odd to me. Works perfectly so can't be bothered pulling anything apart looking for answer...

Looks like the repair kit is the only option. That sucks :/
That said, I'm sure if you took the banjo bolts and copper washers down to a hydraulic parts shop they would be able to find some replacements. Even then, I probably wouldn't bother replacing the banjo bolts; just the washers...

The new motor definitely had ample oil in it? There's not a necessity to drain the lines or something first? This isn't a job I've done (and hope to never have to!).

Can anyone post a picture of the old bolts or a link for the replacements? Anyone ever sources a replace bolt. Need two for replacements. much appreciated.
