Just a thought and I’m probably teaching granny to suck eggs but doing my roof motor this week I saw a vid of Reddish motorsport taking the roof off to get to the motor, but the point about this is that they mentioned that the carpet was wet all along the passenger side right up to the front footwell. I know some have mentioned this issue on here in the past and have been taking the door membrane off, putting new door seals in etc, with no cure, well it’s very very likely to be the roof motor bucket full of water which then overflows into the car interior hence the wet carpets. Didn’t happen on mine thankfully but it’s always useful to know I think with winter on its way.
