With ref to previous thread this week. Straining Roof motor. Sod's law has made the roof motor go this week and I am going on holiday next weekend and taking the car to enjoy the weather!. Local indie can't do anything until next Thursday. To close to the holiday to take a chance .
Therefore, can I use the roof in manual mode, ie. ref lever in the boot released, raise it up and down more than once! BMW won't say yes or no.................maybe best to leave it up.
