Roof motor failure - garage recommendation in Bristol?

Hi there. Just had my roof stop working. When pressing the open button the windows go down, the roof unlatches there’s a solid red light but the roof doesn’t open any further. Is this the motor gone? I can’t hear any motor type noises. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks.

Definitely sounds like a simple case of seized/dead motor.
 
Deffo get yourself up the M5 and just off the M4 to Number5 at Bristol for a roof fix, I send all my Welsh owners over to him.
 
Just making one more post so I can DM people but I am surprised my roof motor has just stopped working during what is effectively a drought. Could it be something else? Fuses and switch are all ok.

The case it's in fills up with water which can't escape so it may well not be a drought in there.
Where are you? A few roof fixers dotted around.
 
Big shoutout to Bigwinn for sorting my seized roof motor and relocating it before I’d even finished my bacon bap in his local cafe. Cheers Stuart.
