Roof Motor Failed?

What happens? The sun starts to shine then I get that glorious unclick of the E85 roof catches...........followed by silence, the roof does not pull back. Paid the earth to a garage years ago for similar issue but looking for a more reasonable cost maybe with relocation added in. Based close to Potters Bar but happy to travel to get this fixed. Anny suggestions out there as to who is doing this right now?

Need the sun on my head again!!

Yes, I'm in Bradley Stoke, so only a mile or two from Filton. I can do this for you if you want to drop the car off for a couple of hours but I just endorsed Bowser as I thought he was nearer to you and I know he does a good job too..
