Hey guys wondering if I can get some help my roof is not working motor has been relocated and I can hear the motor working it unlocks but will not pull roof back any further than unlocking from windscreen I did undo a few bolts where the calbles and pipes run round the the metal casing that runs round the boot but I didn’t disburt anything that I can see anyone got any ideas as I’m at a loss?
 
Can you see if there is enough hydraulic fluid in the reservoir at the top of the pump ?
 
Did you disconnect the hydraulic pipes - are they connected the correct way, as said check the fluid and if not chase the pipes to confirm no kinks....
 
I can see some fliud in there and I didn’t disconnect anything and have looked can’t see anything obvious nor can I see a fluid leak anywhere
 
Did you touch the red pull handle whilst you were working in the boot? I had this issue and turns out I had pulled the handle by accident and it releases the hydraulic pressure (I think). Pushed it back in and everything worked as it should.
 
Fixed thank go’s turns out I did pull red pulley and did put it back in but inspected the roof motor which the cable is attached to and it was a bit sticky on side of motor
