Been working fine, installed Bluetooth module today and pulled white cord in boot by mistake and now roof won’t wont open and flashing on dash buttons orange.

Is there an easy fix?

That's the release for the centre console hatch I believe so shouldn't have affected your roof in any way. Have you disturbed the parcel shelf i.e. did you raise it to get more access for fitting the bluetooth adapter?

The red pull cord opens a valve on the roof motor to release the hydraulic pressure & allows the rotor to be opened & closed manually. It looks to be in the correct position in you photo i.e. relief valve closed.

The flashing orange light usually means the boot tray is in the up position & prevents the roof from lowering. There's a micro switch in the centre on the boot bulkhead. Take a look there as it's not uncommon for the switch to break.
This pic is with the boot tray in the upper position. You can see the small metal 'hook' that moves to activate the micro switch & allows the roof to lower once the boot tray is lowered. Sometimes this metal hook can become dislodged & doesn't push on to the micro switch.

Having said that just check that the red pull ring is fully pushed in to the guide. It perhaps does seem to slightly pulled out.

This is position, should I take it out? Appears sending message that it’s open?

Looks like the boot shelf is slightly raised in your photo. This is mine with the shelf lowered fully & you can't see the metal hook.

If you raise the boot shelf fully by turning both knobs on each side you can press on the hook with you're finger to check k that the switch operates. You can hear it click. Then return the shelf to the lowered position & give it another try.
