Roof Issue after parcel shelf removal

Hi All,

We had to remove the parcel shelf to replace the rear shocker and after putting it all back together the roof wont go down down. Orange light on the button press and no noises anywhere. I've done the usual check of making sure the shelf is down. I've had a read of similar threads and they seem to point to the micro switch. Trouble is i don't know what good looks like!

Here's a pic of what i think is the switch with the shelf in the down position.

Any advice greatly received!

There is a micro switch, it needs to blue tacked or taped apart and turn the big knobs as if the shelf was still there and it will work

So i shouldn't be able to see it when the shelf is down?

Your parcel shelf is the wrong side of the microswitch. Remove the parcel shelf and put it back in on TOP of the little curved metal tang, as per my pic below:

I sorted this. Removed the switch, fixed the clip back in and out it the right way round. Thanks for the help.
