Roof Hose Coupler / Connector

One of my roof hoses has split in my 2003 E85. It's in the boot, so it's relatively easy to get to.. I recon I can fix it with a hose coupler.
Can anyone recommend where I can get one from please?
 
I can't help with a coupler but if you have to replace the whole hose, I have some listed in the sales section.
 
Thanks, I eventually got round to doing this, replaced the hose with a bit of guidance from Youtube to lift the roof just enough to reach the hinge without removing the roof entirely. It all seemed to go quite smoothly, so I'm now waiting for the faults to materialise that I've inadvertently caused in the process.
