Roof dye

Iv been talking to a specialist and they seem to think 500 ml bottle of black dye will be enough to dye my green roof on my z4, anyone done this before and confirm 500 ml is enough?

It's not, you need 1 litre of renovo reviver.

500 ml's will give you 1, maybe 2 coats, but it needs 3 at the very least.

You also don't want to be running out half way through so get the bigger bottle.

Speaking from experience here. Dyed my roof 3 times now.

+1 needed just under a litre to do the roof.

I used Ronovo to re blacken my roof and the smaller bottle was plenty for 2 good coats .

Why is your roof green? Was it an option, or is it covered in moss/dirt/algae whatever?!?!?!

I would get rid of that first before trying to dye it...

fix the cause, not the effect...

i got a litre of that aswell what you dont use this year, you can use next

They grey option roofs go green if left outside. The sunlight must cause it to fade.

How come you've dyed your roof 3 times.? Was that different colours or just keeping it looking nice.?
