Roof catching on opening

First off my roof motor is fine. Bone dry.
When opening today it failed to open, seemed to be a bit sticky on the passenger side latch. Have it a tap and opened with ease. Do these latches need oiled?

Best to grease up the rollers on the top of the windscreen and all the moving parts on the hood once in a while. Could be the source of your issue today! I use a PTFE spray lubricant which seems to work a treat.

Yes, they absolutely do need greasing.
