Roof/Boot Rack

Has anyone got/used the boot rack for the coupe? touted as being for snowboards I think but I need one for Kite surfing gear, which fits in the car if I leave the Mrs at home but that is a solution with its own set of problems.

Interested to know if anyone has used this OEM rig or any other similar solution and what they reckon of it. Also interested if anyone has a set up they are not using that they might want to sell.

im sure there was an OEM snowboard rack the sat on the back window but cant find trace of it on tinternet now...

The snowboard rack will need to be fixed to the Railings which in turn need to be drilled through the boot lid so this is a permanent mod!

All told the prices quoted are around $750...maybe the Mrs could walk? :D

What you have said is for the roadster, the coupe doesn't attach the same way as its completely different and IIRC required holes to be cut in the rear bumper for supports (blanking plates used when not in use)
