Roof being fixed by dealer, total nightmair!

My roof is stuck as well…
Trunk was almost vertical when it stopped while trying to close it.
INPA says: CVM/CTM A68B and A68D.
So reading enough advices on fora this must be a broken wire?
Roof was hesitant for a longer period, sometimes I had to use the key in the door to operate it.
Also, previous owner had an “interesting” repair done on earlier malfunctions…
Wires loose and something that looks like a shortcut?
But even if I could try and fix this myself, I can’t get the roof shelves up to give me some room to work…
Any idea how I should do this?

If it's A68B or A68D, you can short pins 7 and 10 on the CTM module connector to get the roof working and into service position.

Big red cable with brass fitting looks like amplifier power cable, just bought similar with clear plastic, which is half the fuse holder.
Other cables to + - look like battery charge cable, in wrong place.
The battery should have a small clamp, bottom right corner, with battery pushed left.

Amp cable makes sense, I also found a bunch of idle wires with cinch connectors behind the dash!
What do you mean with wrong place for charge cable?
Should any charge cable be connected to the clamp (bottom right corner) you mention?
 
Manual say connect to the jumper point under the bonnet, should be red plastic capped plate next to bulkhead.
Otherwise you are bypassing the cars computer that adjusts monitors charge.
