It’s currently at 94% so I’m not out of the woods yet it seems
I’ve got a follow up X-ray and a GP meeting in a while.

The NHS app seems to indicate a fairly long recovery period. Here’s me thinking that I’ll be fine in a week or two!

It’ll take time but keep up the chest physio exercises (assuming you were given some) and exercise as able and I’m sure you’ll get back to full fitness.ronk said:I suspect it’s not an overnight fix unfortunately- time and lifestyle they say - but I’m infinitely better than I was two weeks ago on my bed with a mask on 10l of oxygen
