Dual axis steering and even better aero for the Mercs mean it’s looking very much like another whitewash season for them already this year even though winter testing is only halfway through. Perhaps that’s being mardily pessimistic given testing is not a real indication of any teams true pace but in reality it’s hard not to have them top of the tree again. Unless mad Max gets a spectacular car, and I soooooo hope he does, and personally I can’t see the Ferrari’s being a step ahead, it’s going to be, well quite honestly, another boringly familiar year. There were some awesome races last year, but the end result is even more tedious now than Schumacher and Ferrari were. Good on Hamilton who baring a disaster of biblical proportions will equal Schuey’s 7, something I remember commentators at the time saying it would never happen again. As a driver he’s earned it, I’m not a fan atall but he’s one hell of a driver, I’d just love to see him up against Verstappen in the same car for a whole season, Leclerc's a damn good driver, probably 3rd best but Max is right up there, via Ing for top spot with Hamilton.
Hey ho, first world problems and all that.... I’ll watch every race as usual but roll on next year as far as F1 goes....surely that’s going to level the playing field a little.......
........isn’t it....??
