Excellent you've come to an agreement and got the complete refund that is rightfully yours, still think CA are trying to wing it with customers who don't know their lawful rights though, to me it stinks a bit.

Just caught this & shame you had a bad experience, as I know the RE is more expensive - the one small issue I had was easily solved without any drama & we all get things wrong sometimes.

Having tried Powerflex & RE, can’t do a fair comparison as this time fitted RE RTAL’s same time as black RTAB’s... garage said was overkill but with the solid feel, no creaking & no harshness felt was money well spent on keeping her ultra firm @rse in check.
