Dropped on this video of my old coupe having the rod bearings replaced - it's over a year old but I'd not seen it before.
Also looks like one of the front BC racing coilovers I had fitted only lasted about 13k before they replaced it and I'm sure they said it needed new discs which I also had fitted around 100k.
