Rocker breather pipe?

On my MC I have 1 plastic pipe that goes to the airbox but on other Ms I have seen a loop back arrangement with a valve in it. What's the crack here are there 2 different designs?

one is for the us market and emissions based, one is euro based... luckily we have the more asthetcally pleasing setup.. But it puts a hell alot of oil fumes into the intake mix, these fumes can lower power output by lowering the fuel octane level and increasing the risk of detonation.

I've got it routed from the crank case to a very special catch can which then sends the cleaner air to my super charger, it even has its own billet dipstick

You can see it here by the ECU

lmao the wooly hat mod stops it spraying everywhere when I'm on the track.... i found out the hardway!! lol!

my catch can is the ultimate catch from 42 draft designs, its not cheap, but it really is one of the best on the market, totally CNC with o-rings, billet top contruction, inside its very impressive, on my Supercharged setup i feel it was needed, N/A probably not so much if I'm honest. Maybe in a highly tuned example for sure.

Ahh ok, that explains it! I was just taking a few bits off for colour coding and I only just noticed it.
